Use License

Service

XProvider is an independent social media marketing service provider specializing in X/Twitter services.

XProvider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with X Corp. or X/Twitter.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with X/Twitter's rules and any laws applicable to you.
• Your profile, post, or other required content must remain publicly accessible when required by the selected service.
• You must provide the correct profile, post, or other required link when placing an order.
• You should carefully read the service name and description before ordering.
• Start times, delivery speeds, retention, refill periods, and other characteristics vary between services.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates and may change because of demand, provider availability, platform updates, technical issues, or other external factors.
• You should not place multiple orders for the same target simultaneously unless the service description specifically allows it.
• You should not change usernames, delete posts, make accounts private, or otherwise modify the target in a way that prevents delivery while an order is processing.
• Completed orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded.
• XProvider reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any service at any time.

Social media platforms change frequently. XProvider cannot guarantee that every service will operate continuously or remain unaffected by future changes made by X/Twitter.

Service Labels and Descriptions

Certain XProvider services may include labels such as “Zero Drop,” “Real Accounts,” “Refill,” “Auto-Refill,” “Update-Proof,” or similar descriptions.

These labels describe the expected characteristics and conditions of the specific service at the time it is offered. Customers must review the individual service description before ordering.

Any refill, retention, replacement, or other guarantee applies only according to the conditions and period stated for that specific service.

Orders

Once an order has been submitted, it enters our processing system.

You are responsible for checking all order information before submission, including the link, username, quantity, and selected service.

Orders may display statuses including Pending, Processing, In Progress, Completed, Partial, or Canceled.

Once processing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If an order cannot be fully delivered and is marked Partial, the undelivered portion may be automatically credited back to your XProvider balance according to the service conditions.

If an order is Canceled, the applicable amount will normally be returned to your XProvider account balance.

Start Times and Delivery

Every service may have a different estimated start time and delivery speed.

Delivery can be affected by:

• Order quantity.
• Current demand.
• X/Twitter updates.
• Provider capacity.
• Technical maintenance.
• Changes to the target account or post.
• Other circumstances outside XProvider's reasonable control.

An estimated speed such as “5K/Day” represents an expected delivery rate and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed exact delivery schedule.

Refill and Drops

Some services include refill coverage, while others do not.

If a service is marked “No Refill,” drops or reductions after delivery are not eligible for refill unless otherwise stated.

If a service includes a refill period, refill eligibility is limited to the period and conditions specified in the service description.

Refill requests may not be eligible if:

• The account becomes private.
• The username or target link is changed.
• The relevant post is deleted.
• Additional services are ordered for the same target and interfere with tracking.
• The refill period has expired.
• The service-specific requirements have not been followed.

Customers should always review the service description before ordering.

Disclaimer

XProvider services and website materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every service or that X/Twitter will not change its systems, algorithms, policies, or platform behavior.

Results may vary depending on the service selected, account, content, platform conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Use of XProvider is at your own discretion and risk.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your XProvider account and login credentials.

XProvider will never require your X/Twitter password to process a standard order.

You must not share your XProvider account credentials with unauthorized parties or use another person's account without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, system exploitation, or violations of these Terms.

Billing and Payments

Payments made through XProvider may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By adding funds or purchasing services, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You understand what you are purchasing.
• Information provided during payment is accurate.
• You will contact XProvider support regarding a payment or service issue before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account suspension or termination.

Where applicable, XProvider may request additional information to investigate suspicious transactions.

Refund Policy

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation or refund is not guaranteed.

Completed orders are generally non-refundable.

If an order is canceled or only partially completed, the applicable unused amount may be automatically returned to the customer's XProvider account balance.

Funds credited to an XProvider account are generally intended to be used for services available on the platform.

Any eligibility for an external refund depends on the original payment method, circumstances of the transaction, and XProvider's applicable refund conditions.

Refund requests related to service performance must comply with the conditions stated in the individual service description.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing or service problem, please contact XProvider Support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment dispute systems may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XProvider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of followers, engagement, reach, revenue, business opportunities, account access, data, or other losses resulting from changes or actions taken by X/Twitter or other third parties.

XProvider is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, removals, or bans imposed by X/Twitter.
